At Nexifyhost, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund or cancel a service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed and services can be canceled.

1. Cancellation of Services

You can cancel your services with Nexifyhost at any time, subject to the following conditions:

a. Monthly Plans

If you are on a monthly plan, you may cancel at any time. However, any fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

b. Annual or Multi-Year Plans

For customers on annual or multi-year plans, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. If canceled within the first 30 days of the service, a prorated refund may be offered.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under specific conditions, as outlined below:

a. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@nexifyhost.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

b. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom solutions, are non-refundable once purchased. These items are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

c. Prorated Refunds

For annual or multi-year plans, we may offer prorated refunds if the service is canceled within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Support

Email our support team at support@nexifyhost.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Provide your account details, the service you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your request.

b. Refund Approval

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Service Downgrades

If you downgrade your service plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Downgrades are not eligible for refunds or credits for the unused portion of your current plan.

5. Termination by Nexifyhost

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any violation of our terms and conditions. In such cases, refunds will not be provided. Nexifyhost also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to terminate your account and take legal action to recover any outstanding payments. It is your responsibility to contact us before disputing any charges to attempt to resolve the issue.
